Interesting story yesterday. I went to a Persian restaurant for dinner and when looking at the menu, which was quite baffling, I actually saw a word that I recognized which was the second Ethnic Food Word I posted to my blog. I knew what aash-e reshteh meant! Yaaay!

So I just purchased this book from amazon.com called Pocket Dictionary of Ethnic Foods and in it, there are definitions of more than 1,400 ethnic dishes. When I can, I'm going to post a new word from that book here and that way, we can all learn something new together each time.
